Coaching

My coaching supports children and families in everyday life through a practical and resource-oriented approach. The focus is on children with autism, AD(H)D, high sensitivity, and neurodivergent ways of thinking and perceiving. The aim of the coaching is to better understand children, make their individual strengths visible, and develop strategies together that can help make daily life at home, at school, and in social environments easier.

Many children experience daily overwhelm caused by sensory input, difficulties with attention and concentration, emotional outbursts, inner restlessness, or challenges with self-organisation. At the same time, many parents feel highly stressed in everyday life and wish for concrete support as well as a better understanding of their child’s needs.

Coaching combines an understanding of neurodivergent brains with practical strategies, structured support tools, and individual guidance.

Process, Costs and Important Information

At the beginning, an initial meeting with the parents takes place. Current challenges, wishes, and goals are discussed together. Afterwards, the coaching support is planned individually according to the family’s needs.

The sessions usually take place on a weekly basis. During the coaching process, strategies are developed, reflected upon, and gradually transferred into everyday life. Depending on the situation, the support may include individual coaching sessions with the child, parent coaching, joint sessions, as well as guidance related to everyday life and school situations.

Coaching sessions usually last 60 minutes.

The cost is 210 CHF per session. The service is intended for self-paying clients.

This Coaching is a coaching and counselling service and does not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or psychiatric treatment.
